GM was created in 1982. At the very beginning we
carried out on-site inspections and gave some advice on sea transportation
matters.
Throughout the years, thanks to a careful planning of our human
resources we have come to increase our fields of activities in
several areas thereby achieving an excellent level of professionality
and specialization.
We
are currently able to provide appraisals, valuations as well as
give advice on sea transportation matters, harbour activities
and inland navigation, including yachting and antipollution. In
addition, we supervise checks and controls over navigational aids
such as compass orientation and other radio communication equipment.
Our company also promotes and contributes to the optimization
resources and personnel.

GM is well known both at a national (Ministry
of Infrastructures and Transport, Ministry of the Environment,
Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Justice, State monopolies)
and international level (IMO, REMPEC, EU).
Among our clients there are some of the leading insurance shipping
companies, some ship-owners and several different companies.
